Clothing and equipment
Send the dates, number of rooms and every guest’s age when requesting a quote. Confirm the bed layout, dietary requests, check-in arrangements and exact meeting pin. Keep both the campsite name and booking reference available for your driver.
Physical requirements
Camp paths include sand and uneven ground. Ask about steps, the route from the vehicle to the dome and bathroom access if mobility is a concern. Activities are optional and participation must follow the camp team’s instructions.
Children and accessibility
Share each child’s age and any access requirements before confirmation. Age limits, available assistance and accessible facilities must be checked for this specific experience. A price category does not establish suitability.
Conditions and changes
Ask Journeyfer to confirm the route and operation for your date, including any seasonal limitations. Photographs and preferred times do not guarantee conditions or availability.
Cancellation and refunds
Request written terms for the selected provider, option and date. Tickets, accommodation and private charters can have different refund and weather policies. The applicable policy is not yet published as a verified product term.
