About this experience
Explore the aquarium tunnel and continue into the Underwater Zoo at Dubai Mall.
Package names matter: seeing penguins in their habitat is different from joining a scheduled penguin encounter. The regular package in the supplied offer includes the tunnel, zoo and Penguin Cove viewing.
Ultimate adds the listed boat and feeding activities, while the encounter package has its own timed interaction. Retail and café vouchers are spending benefits, not cash refunds, and their conditions must be checked.
VIP access and guided benefits require a separate confirmed ticket.

Before you go
Clothing and equipment
Check timed encounter availability before choosing your main entry time. Bring proof of children’s ages and allow time to navigate Dubai Mall.
Physical requirements
The walking attraction and boat/encounter activities have different access restrictions. Do not assume a boat restriction applies to the entire aquarium.
Children and accessibility
Share each child’s age and any access requirements before confirmation. Age limits, available assistance and accessible facilities must be checked for this specific experience. A price category does not establish suitability.
Conditions and changes
Ask Journeyfer to confirm the route and operation for your date, including any seasonal limitations. Photographs and preferred times do not guarantee conditions or availability.
Cancellation and refunds
Ticket and tour policies vary. Some attraction tickets are non-refundable once issued; request the terms for your chosen option before paying. The applicable policy is not yet published as a verified product term.
Questions about this experience
Is Penguin Cove the same as a penguin encounter?
No. Cove access is viewing. The encounter is a separately scheduled activity and must appear on the ticket.
